hi. i've a HP Pavilion laptop. idk too much agout itm but it has a sticker that says "HP Pavilion dv6000" but thats besides the point.
recently, while i've been online the ASPCA community, i've been seeing a little eyebal with a red circle w/ a stike through the circle. its at the bottom of the window for the net. i was wondering what that was and waht it ment?

i don't know how to do that. i do run my virus scan once a week. and i don't go to sites that pop up as "dangerous" i have Trend PC-cillion and i love it, it lets me know when a site is dangerous or not.

Well as long as you are not having trouble being online, your cookie handler is working properly and sounds like you have your pc well protected and taken care of :)

of course. i bought this laptop with my own money. i don't want what happened to my cousins laptop to happen to mine.
my cousin, for a geinus she not too smart, goes to all those band sites, and downloads music, i think she got something there. she murdered her computer. lol

PC-Cillan is good for anti-virus, but for added protection you should install a firewall,a good one is called Zone Alarm Pro, it even lets you know if someone has attempted to enter your PC.
