I'm not finding a way to contact Facebook for help, and you just said you don't even know what Facebook is , so that's not helpful either. I don't know what to do. Give up I guess.

Honestly, an interactive program monitors our computers all day long for security compliance, even though there are three or four firewalls between me and the IBM Intranet.

Hey, I can deal with the chat! I can work around it, and I run a cookie removal program for those that get through. Now I need one for my pantry! Ha!

In the end, all three post showed up. She joked and said I was stalking her. It resolved itself and was apparently a system problem. The only problem I have now is that when I try to go to your page, an Explorer window opens and asks me to set my browser to accept all cookies (which I cannot do). Whether I click OK or close the window, the chat window opens full screen. However, if I choose to close the window, the full-screen chat only stays for a moment before it takes me to your page. It doesn't happen with anyone else's page, and I can deal with it. Thanks! Karen
